The “manager” was completely disrespectful we asked for a late check out with the front desk that was working the night shift he told us late check out at 12 was fine my boyfriend went and dropped off the key at 12 as we are getting our stuff ready to leave we hear knocking again and inform them that we are using the bathroom and if 12:30 is okay the man cleaning the rooms said it’s okay so as we are leaving we hear the knocking again and open the door to explain we are looking for our car key while the “manager” starts yelling “YOU JUST GAVE IT TO ME “ but we were talking about the car key not room key completely unprofessional to yell at your guest that way she then goes on to say who told you you can check out at 12 and we explained that guy that was working night shift last night she then threatens to charge us for the late check out the front desk told us it was okay now as we get to our car she starts falling us and in front of the car starts yelling “HE SAID HE DID NOT SAY LATE CHECKOUT WAS OKAY” first of all that was weird and there is no reason to be screaming at leaving guest we are literally in our car why are you coming up to us to yell outside of our car i used to love it here but with the management they have it makes sense why it’s always empty both tvs did not work so it was pointless their was barely any water in the showers and the couch is full of stains
