The room is excellent and very easily could work for up to 4 people. The kitchen is excellent and the beds are great. the only drawback is the television service (ROKU) is basically useless. It takes 10 minutes to "warm up and boot" and then it sits on a mystery page and doesn't respond to the remote. It would be better without a tv or bring yourself an HDMI cable and plug in your laptop. Aside from that everything is awesome.

Self checking it is my first time, it was not too bad. No front desk only support person to help if you have issues. outside of that it has free laundry, kitchenet and very close to everything to the River, Parks, Canal and restaurants and stores if you need to buy food. Very quiet place

First time experience with a digital hotel. In no particular order... Digital means glitch in the app-to-hotel-hardware interface makes accessing the property or your room an issue. I was able to access the lobby from the street, use the elevator, but the room door lock was unresponsive. Numerous attempts later the lone, haphazardly-present front desk employee had to come up to unlock my door. (Oh, and the "Hi - Bonjour" welcome sign is false hope, the fellow at the podium could not utter a word a single word in French. Likewise, although the parking garage is a separate commercial entity, I was incapable of leaving the property on the last day, the garage door was unresponsive, and you must scan a QR code for it to open, but there is no intercom, no personnel, you are completely on your own. From your room you have no means of contacting what might be called a "front desk", meaning that any issue (people in the room next door were using a clearly identifiable battery-powered electric drill at 23:15... assembling some presentation kiosk? Getting rid of evidence?...) there is no one to call about such an issue, apart from queuing to text with someone at a calling center in... Bangalore? Likewise no access to "housekeeping" to replenish the soap in the shower, so you empty the shampoo, over 4 days? The light streams through all around the entry door, it's not very soundproofed, gives a kind of "motel" vibe, in spite of the nicely designed hallways. The room was fine, however!
