"We arrived in our room to see that the mirror was broken off the wall. I had to call down to the front desk to drain our bathtub after taking our first romantic bath together and pull the plug out wasn’t offered a room change nothing. Asked how to work the Chrome cast got told they don’t work and he’s not in the mood to help me when I asked the front desk. The spa was overcrowded and dirty teens vaping into towels, a couple I’m 95% positive was having sex in the pool easily 150+ people maybe 200 at the spa. the only thing I enjoyed out of our whole anniversary trip was my $100 pedicure. Will never ever go back.. "

"Breakfast was limited, coffee was not that good. Once thing odd is the absence of liquid soap - bars were provided instead. Not a big deal. Everything else was fine, no issues"
