Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and game room. 2 beach front decks one direct beach access and gas bbq. Private patio off master bedroom. Watch the waves break all throughout the home. 2 rear decks with lounge set up. Kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances. The fully stocked home is here to meet all your needs. Separate kosher cooking supplies available upon request. Pets will be considered with an additional fee. Parking for 6-8 standard cars on site (6 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). So much fun
We had the best time. The house was awesome. Location unbeatable. The only thing that was a bummer was tar on the beach. It was only one day but nasty. There’s no a/c but it was fine with fans. We’ll be back for sure.

The house was amazing and the location couldn't be better. The house is definitely more beautiful than the photos suggest and is really well maintained. It worked really well for our business meeting/training with plenty of space and great amenities.

This is a wonderful beach house in a terrific location with very responsive host - we have stayed many times up in Oxnard on the beach and this was the whole family's favorite spot. The house is extremely well equipped, clean and wonderfully appointed. Fantastic experience!

This is a gorgeous and spacious beachfront property! The house had everything we needed from kitchen to beach supplies. Even the linens were nice and good quality, and they had plenty of beach towels which was nice as well. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio while overlooking the ocean, and Rita was very responsive and had good communication. Would recommend!

Perfect beach house for family vacation
Location is amazing, right on an uncrowded beach with amazing views -- and also close to an on-beach playground, which kids loved. Easy parking, very clean, great kitchen, plenty of space, and lots of games down in the garage in addition to space for cars. Our favorite rental yet in the Oxnard Shores.

Not only is the property even BETTER than it looks on the website, the communication with Rita is outstanding. The pretty fairy lights on the rooftop deck weren't switching on, and Rita had a handyman there in an hour, and they quickly fixed the issue. My kids not only loved the easy beach access, but having all the wonderful gaming stations in the garage were a gift! (and kept them offline and playing together!) We cannot wait to go back, this vacation was really special for us and we loved it. You can do no better in Oxnard Shores. Worth EVERY penny.

Time to Unwind
After a busy 10 days of exploring SFO, Carmel, and then wine tasting our way through Paso Robles, we planned for our groups' final 2 nights to be spent on the beach enjoying the views and doing 'nothing' before returning to reality. This home was PERFECT! Each person in our party had their own bedroom and private full bath. The views from the living/dining area were better than we could have ever imagined! The temps were cooler than expected so we relaxed in front of the fireplace watching movies both nights. The home is super convenient to anything you may need during your stay including. Highly recommend this property!

Exquisite beach property
I cannot say enough good things about this home. My family and one other family stayed here for a week. It’s just perfect. Right in the beach, spacious and airy, high end and well appointed kitchen, amazing roof deck—-one of the most wonderful homes I’ve ever stayed in. Loved drinking my coffee while watching the dolphins frolic. Rita the owner was responsive and lovely. We will be back next year for sure! This is a dream house.

Rita has always gone above and beyond to offer the best experience for us in her homes. This was our first time to stay in this home and our three generations of family decided it was the best! Lots of room, a great layout, incredible kitchen, wonderful patios and a spectacular master retreat where we could sit and enjoy views of the crashing waves and listen to their breaking all night long. Pure beach bliss.

We enjoyed this home for a week with our 3 daughters & their families. The house was clean & had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed watching the sun set. An added plus was the game room in the garage & the parking for 6 cars. We would definitely stay there again.
