"第一天入住時房間淋浴水龍頭卡住打不開，被迫晚上10:30臨時更換房間，櫃檯人員沒有一句抱歉，也沒有任何折扣補貼，所有的東西重新打包換房間，開車八個小時到酒店，衣服都脫了，想洗澡淋浴水龍頭打不開卡住，請問你們這是什麼感覺？而且酒店隔音差聽到樓上走路腳步聲隔壁抽水馬桶洗澡聲，價格不便宜又有品牌的酒店居然是這種服務態度。很想給你一星的，我還是太仁慈了！"
