"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. There was no WiFi available, which was already inconvenient. However, the bigger issue was a serious lack of respect for privacy. In the morning, we left the room at 8:00 AM and returned around 10:00 AM, well before the 11:00 AM checkout time. Despite this, the room had been opened and entered by staff without our permission. This is unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Staff should not enter occupied rooms before checkout time unless explicitly authorized. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their policies and training."
