"We arrived at the resort at 6 pm with a check in time of 4 pm. When we tried to check in they stated the room was not ready but they would call us when it was ready. It was 7:30 before we got to check in."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a decent variety and was a good start to the day. The location is definitely a plus—it’s within walking distance of Glen Canyon Dam and only about 12 minutes from Antelope Canyon. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay when visiting the area."

"We arrived at 9:40pm. The desk attendant said they were way understaffed today and it room wasn't ready yet. She needed to go finish getting it ready. We got in our room at 10pm. We had 3 beds. 1 didn't have a sheet. One had a badly stained sheet. The front desk person gave me new sheets and I got the beds made/remade. When we were loading our cooler in the morning, all our food was frozen solid... fruit, veggies, eggs... all had to be tossed. "

"Rooms were big with nice chair and table to relax in as well as a desk and desk chair. Water pressure great unless wanted a Shower! They do allow pets with extra fee. Great location to all the sites!"

"Jr. Suite was amazing. The tub and extra large room was excellent, breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful and friendly. "

"Checking in late was a good experience but the room smelled funky. The bathrooms are small and our toilet moved every time I sat on it. The shower head was dirty and the amenities weren’t up to par. Breakfast was very basic at minimum. Pool didn’t work as well, I’ll probably skip this place on the next trip."

"Staff are excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Our room needed some cosmetic work as painters tape was marking the spot on the walls. The bed had a serious dip in it so you feel like you are sleeping in a hole all night."
