“This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. “Very friendly staff who upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost when we checked in "because it was available".
The cooked breakfast was excellent and the garden looked beautiful, although we didn't have time to take advantage of it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Woodacre B&B in Arundel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts—and their charming dog, Benson, who instantly made us feel at home.
Our room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and overlooked the serene garden, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The delicious breakfast each morning was a real treat—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and a perfect start to the day.

“No response to emails either direct to the pilot boat or via hotels.com; entry requirements not provided in advance and when provided were not the same as advertised. 2 promises to provide the door code by text were not fulfilled. Breakfast advertised but not provided. Room well supplied but cold on arrival and didn’t warm up until en of day 2. The bed was comfortable but we have stayed in previous years and the service is not as good now. ”
