"Hot tub took 2 hours to fill, jets didn't work right. Room was out dated but it was good enough for us. We had 2 rooms, refrigerator & microwave, 2 TV's. Conveniently located, Texas Roadhouse was across the street, gas station close for snacks. It was 25 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic hospital. Decently priced for what we got. Would stay there again. "

"This place was terrible didn’t even stay one night! Dead bolt didn’t work heat didn’t work door had been kicked in maybe as early as the night before and the additional security lock didn’t work either! Manager refused to allow me to check out or refund me! Tv remote did not work and tv had black spots all over it! I actually went to the hotel directly next door and paid a bit more but was way more comfortable what a disappointment!"

"I called to ask for connecting rooms had to change one of the rooms completely. When I got there I was told that the people who did digital key had took them and oh well to what I had asked for. "

"Room was quiet enough. Comfy bed, pillows were subpar. Breakfast is very basic, no hot food provided for free. First morning they ran out of coffee before 7am? It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either."

"My stay was okay for a last minute booking. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful! The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom could offer more amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the tub wouldn’t drain while I was showering and I thought it would overflow. The hotel restaurant was okay. You have to wait to be seated and we were basically ignored by 4 servers as we waited for 10 minutes. It wasn’t until I attempted to seat myself that a server that was wrapping silverware in the back and watching me wait came over to seat us. I did share my disappointment with being ignored. She did apologize. We went to the breakfast buffet and everything was at the bottom of the barrel and it was only 10am. I politely asked someone could the food be replenished and was told that “we eat them out here” I don’t know what that meant. After about 15 mins the food was replenished and tasted okay. I am typically a big tipper but I did not leave one simply because my entire experience was not worth the $200 and was mediocre. Front desk staff was the best when entering and exiting! "
