Wasn't sure about this one as it seemed different than a normal hotel - and it was! Different in the best ways possible. I arrived late and pulled through a guard gate to an amazing country club-type setting. I was greeting in the lobby with kind and willing staff who ensured my every need was met. I had an unusual request because I was fleeing from a domestic abuse situation with my dog. The staff was absolutely fantastic and were so understanding and helpful. I was totally safe and so impressed. Couldn’t be more thankful to the staff.

Pros: Amazing activities for fhe children, alot of different options. Rooms were clean up to date. Microwave and refrigerator was a plus. The decor was very woodsy the kids were so excited. The adventure pass was well worth it. The ropes course, the rock wall, bowling was all wonderful. We did not do the mini golf but it looked nice. We had a grat visit. The property is beautiful. The little town is amazing. The hiking trails are awesome (but challenging for two out-of-shape, low altitude loving Texans. Lol). My only complaint would be getting and turning in the keys to our room. The lock boxes to retrieve the keys are a bit awkward and dont seem very secure, and leaving the keys in the room and texting that you're checked out left me feeling a bit uneasy. Otherwise, everything was great.

Judy at the front desk was marvelous!! They also had a nice pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good and not overpriced. They put up pretty Xmas decorations while we were there! Everyone who worked there was very helpful and pleasant. Above expectations!

I booked 2 rooms, all rooms are clean and so convenient

Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.
