"I was very impressed with this hotel. Great lobby, great pool, great rooms. My only complaint was the service at the coffee bar in the lobby. There was one worker and he was busy in the back preparing for an event. I had to wait up to 5-10 mins for him to serve me. He was very nice and it wasn’t his fault but they should had another server to reduce the wait."

"Using the bathtub to shower.... All was fine; until - as I stepped out of the tub, the tub bottom is much higher than the stepping out of the tub on to the floor, underestimating the step to the floor, unaware of the distance to the floor - I lost my balance, and nearly fell down. The distance is a bit much, and was dangerous for me. thank goodness that I caught my balance, and did not fall to the floor. An un-foreseeable occurrence. This might hold true, in all of your bathrooms, but hope everyone stays safe.... "

"This property I chose because they indicated they were "dog friendly". They were not only dog friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate guests with dogs. The "dog" rooms are situated at the end of a hallway away from other guests on the first floor. They are adjacent to an exit door that leads out onto a lush green area the size of half a football field perfect for walking your dog to give opportunity for pottying. I will definitely be staying here again!"
