“The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited.”

It looks like the entire interior of the hotel has been recently renovated, with new carpeting, fresh paint, updated flooring, comfortable beds, new linens, and modern furniture throughout. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was that I was staying in a room at the back of the hotel, and on the second night my key card stopped working. I had to walk all the way around the building in the dark to the front entrance to have it……
