Aqua~This Luxurious Condo is a 1 Bedroom plus Bonus Bunk Room. 1138 sq. ft. including an ocean-view balcony. Located on the 10th floor, less than half a mile from Pier Park. Unit includes Oceanfront Master Suite with king bed and large en-suite bathroom, bunk room with twin bunk beds, a 2nd full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. Both bedrooms and living room include flatscreen tv's. Washer and dryer in Unit.

This family friendly resort features 3 pools and a Hot Tub. Poolside Snack Bar and gorgeous beach space. It's located within walking distance of Pier Park which offers entertainment, dining and shopping for the entire family. Awesome condo & stay

Much needed getaway for my husband & I! We always stay at the Aqua & loved our condo we stayed in! Excellent communication with owner, smooth check in & out, thankful to know to take care of the parking BEFORE & not having to wait in line at the kiosk upon arrival. Beautiful & clean condo, super comfy bed & everything was just great!

Relaxing stay in the heart of PCB. Clean and open condo with great views and close to all the PCB fun! Plenty of room for family even though it was just the wife and I this trip! Will be back for sure in the near future!

My husband and I stayed with 2 adult daughters and had a great vacation! Condo photos are accurate, comfortable beds, including bunks. Decor was beachy yet stylish (no garish colors here!). Beach chair rental is a plus and Aqua staff is welcoming and helpful. The owner, Kimberly was responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and plan to visit again!

PCB getaway

This property was perfect for our week long trip to PCB! Kim was a wonderful and very responsive host. I was even able to watch the NYE fireworks right from the king bed in the master bedroom! We will definitely be back!

Fun n the sun

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Aqua1006. Very clean and nice updates to the condo. Recommend this condo to anyone looking. Has wonderful views of the water and the sound of the waves puts you to sleep at night. Excellent experience and communication with with KRB Vacation Properties! Can't wait to come for another visit!

Fireworks on the beach!!

We had a blast! The weather was perfect, the condo was amazing, & the view of the pier for the fireworks were breathtaking! The parking garage was good & we never had an issue finding a spot after dinner, the elevators WORKED EVERYDAY, & the Staff answered our questions about the pool & deli! We will be back every year! We have finally found “our spot”!!!

Great Condo

The condo had beautiful views. We enjoyed the sunset from balcony every night. The balcony was roomy. The bed was great, appreciated the large nightstands. Bathroom was great size. Loved the sectional; comfortable seating. Kitchen had everything we needed. Decor was cute. Would love to come back!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was our first time at Aqua. We wanted to stay somewhere that was walkable to several restaurants. This condo was perfect. So close to Pier Park and all that it has to offer. The condo was very clean and has the best sunset views from the balcony. The building had an emergency repair on the HVAC and the owner, Kimberly, let us know immediately. She told us where a box fan was located in the unit. We turned on all fans and closed the drapes and the condo stayed cool until they fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend booking with Kimberly. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us.

Perfect stay!

We revisited, coming back to our honeymoon condo, for our 9 year anniversary! Not only was the condo clean but so was the entire property! It seemed like everytime we were out, we seen workers cleaning. And they were so polite every time. Kimberly’s communication was just enough. I knew exactly how to get ahold of her if need be but otherwise she left us be. Location was great, we walked to pier park multiple times. We had the perfect view of the air show and the chair service was even better! We didn’t have our kids with us but there is a perfect bunk room and extra bathroom. My only minuscule complaint is the bed was very firm! It’s hard to complain about that when we loved our time here!

Was worth it!

We’ve been staying at Aqua Resort for several years now and have been really pleased 99% of the time and this unit was no different. Communication with Kimberly was fantastic. No issues with any of the entry codes. Unit was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I’d like to mention for future guests involves the ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and the living room. They’re identical and either remote works both fans from a very long range. So be prepared for that.

Great spacious condo with amazing views

We stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The 10th floor gave us amazing views of the sea, and we often saw sea life swimming along the coast line. The elevators in the building are FAST and we never waited longer than 1 minute for an elevator. Access to the beach is very quick, and the sand is powdery soft. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very nicely updated. My favorite part was the master bathroom, it's huge! Our child loved taking baths in the large tub. It's a very child friendly condo overall, I appreciated the fact that there was no glass decor easily accessible. It was very well stocked with basic necessities, lots of towels and extra pillows. The bunk room window faces Front Beach Road, which is a little loud at night for light sleepers. Our child ended up sleeping in the master bedroom since it was much quieter. However, I slept on the couch one night and wasn't bothered by the noise and slept very comfortably! We had a great stay and would definitely return again!
