“Prepaid for a King Room and the plumbing did not work properly. I was told that my only choice was a Queen Room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to pay extra for the King Room and was not offered any type of compensation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.”

“Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. Cons: The shower did not work or it was not clear how to turn on the shower. The tub was stopped up and water sat and drained slowly all night after my impromptu bath. There was a leak in the bathroom and the floor was constantly wet near the toilet. The free breakfast was not much to talk about. The toaster wouldn't toast. I didn't even attempt the waffle maker. There was no juice/water set out and the only option was coffee.”

“Excellent stay! I just wish that the breakfast had more sugar-free choices for diabetics like myself to choose from. Like a sugar free juice and skim milk would be great.”

“Check in procedure was a pain. There is no employee in the front lobby at night. The man before me was told to go to a hotel down the street to check in at this hotel. The owner walked down to check us in 10 minutes later. The lobby was a disaster…so unprofessional! The cameras are constantly following you and I witnessed them taking pictures of my wife. The room was extremely dirty, it was questionable if the sheets were clean because there were several hairs on them, many things were in……

“The propertys good over all but few things that might make this property amazing: 1- Get rid of the bad musty odor in the hall way on the thirsd floor 2-Breakfast = Need a waffle maker, better eggs ( very imortant) more variety. 3-more creamer options for coffee 4-access to the pool by a key. ( the door to outside should be closed for safety. 5-operational fire place outside 6-more towels in the room”
