Book Paradis Bed & Breakfast

"Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator without freezer. Most standard motel rooms have these! We like to bring simple groceries and prepare our own meals due to health and dietary needs. Not possible here! We treated ourselves to Bluebell ice cream (best in America), but had no utensils, even after asking the front desk. It then melted in the fridge. So we ate it with a plastic fork that we happened to bring along. A room with a bed, sofa, desk and closet is not a "suite"!"

"Room was clean but advertised as a hotel, is a motel. Outdoor hallways were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast team did not seem at all happy with their work. They closed down breakfast items early, we we asked for help they were frustrated with us. When other patrons asked for help she slammed equipment in frustration. The front desk staff member who was older at 3pm was rude during check in. Overall I did not enjoy my stay overall and will not be returning under any circumstance."

"I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Orleans. It’s only 15 minutes away and with the money. Great staff, parking and rooms. Next time I’m in New Orleans I will stay with there again. "

"A well run hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Parking was ok, although construction made it a bit less accessible, and potholes made it less enjoyable (true for the entire city...). The pool was a great perk with teens. Overall, great place."

"TBH I didn’t even stay in the room. Looks real nice from the pictures but as soon as I walked in, I walked right back out. The chair that was in the room was all stained up looked like there was mold behind the toilet, top blanket on the bed did not look all that clean. One of the countertops look stain with makeup or something red. wasn’t what I was expecting. I just took the L and went with a different hotel."
