“Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Concierge was helpful when we had need of something. Rooms are spacious but a little worn down (black stains on the corner of the shower, pink stains on the bathroom walls). Bed sheets had some stains on them and our room wasn't cleaned on a cleaning day. Location was just outside of the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St but close enough to walk everywhere. ”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
