"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here."
