“Spent the 4th of July weekend here with my wife and our dogs and we loved the convenience of the location being so close to Lake Wallenpaupack and Hawley. Had all the amenities we needed and the dogs found it quiet and cozy for their much needed “relax” time as well. Highly recommended!”

“My son turned three so I decided to take him to a little cabin in the woods to celebrate. The deer friends who weren’t afraid of humans at all were a sight to see. The house was beautiful. It was also only a 15-20 minute drive from Great Wolf Lodge and ShopRite. Great stay. The property manager accidentally gave us the wrong address to check in at first. Then upon arrival to the house the door code never worked and we had to use the key from the lockbox which was fine. I’d stay here again. ”

“This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. A true quiet getaway.Liz was so easy to work with and quickly got back to me with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The place was beautiful and the community was great. The little pond in front of the house is great for kayaking or floating around. The gym and lake are just down the hill.One thing that the description of the house didn't highlight was the downstairs apartment. I was mad because I took the master bedroom, that doesn't have an AC unit, and my son took the basement. ”

“We were able to book a quick trip to the mountains in this cute home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice as well. Took walks with our infant and even saw a buck walk onto the property! ”

“We had a wonderful week at the lake. The videos the owner shared helped know the layout and what we were to expect. The owners were quick to respond with any questions along the way. The one challenge we faced was limited food storage ( we make all meals at home) but we managed through it. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/serving platters you can think of. Lake was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and kayaks. Definitely a location to keep in mind for a……

The AC kept things cool, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the enclosed porch was perfect for morning coffee—especially with our Beagle safely by our side!Great host, great communication.
