I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. “Matt is a wonderful and accommodating host. The property is very well maintained, instructions are clear, concise and the amenities are very thoughtful. My wife and I, along with our dogs, traveled from SC for a family event and Matt was extremely responsive and respectful during our entire stay. Backyard is completely fenced in which is a huge plus so we didn’t need to leash our dogs everytime we needed to let them out.
