"The room is old and the ceiling was stained, blinds were ripped, bathroom was gross, with a tub that was peeling and in dire need of renovation. The furniture is super old and worn. The outlet didn't work, so our phone didn't charge. The door looked like it was broken into in the past. Then in the morning, the coffee machine was out of order and some of the bagels were stale and they only had one hard boiled egg that was dried out."

"Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our room it sounded like rain was dripping inside the whole night and we could hear rain flowing down the gutter pipe right outside. We did not sleep well. Overall, I have to say that we would not stay here again an would not recommend to others."

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."

"The property was amazing! The lobby and restaurants including Ruth Chris were outstanding. The hotel restaurant service was great. Our breakfast with server Diana was fabulous! We kept her running for coffee refills. And when we ordered a late night snack, it came in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!!"
