“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Whare. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the decor was beautiful. “It was a good 1 night rest stop for our drive from Queenstown to Christchurch. The cottage is charming and clean. The beds are comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep. Love the peace and quiet of the area. It was a rainy day otherwise we would have stayed outside to enjoy the night sky.”

“Convenient. Quiet. Nice view from the hot tub to the lake and mountain in the distance over a lovely flower garden. Electronic lock easy to open but takes a few attempts at timing to get to lock. Full kitchen. Even milk for coffee in the fridge. Everything we needed but a washing machine. We’ve been traveling three weeks and I missed this house didn’t have this feature. Someone in maintenance inadvertently dropped 9 new nails and screws scattered across the parking but no harm. Highly……
