"Das Objekt war soweit okay, die Putzkraft scheint jedoch nur die wichtigeren Dinge zu beachten und klassische Staubfänger etc. machen ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Auf den Bildern ist nicht erkennbar, wie klein die Küche doch eigentlich ist. Es ist auch nirgends ersichtlich, dass das halbe Zimmer direkt vom Schlafzimmer abgeht und keine richtige Tür zur Abtrennung vorhanden ist. Würde ich mit Kind nicht wieder buchen, als Paar okay wenn man nicht richtig kochen möchte und nur zum Schlafen vor Ort...

"Ich könnte dort nach einem Tag mit Unternehmungen, es mir abends gemütlich machen. Es war die Möglichkeit des Kochend gegeben und auch für das Frühstück waren die Elektrogeräte vorhanden. Ein funktionierender Fernseher und eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit rundeten das Gesamtbild ab."

"Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und Pelzerhaken für mich der ideale Ferienort: die Ort ist ruhig, aber man kann alles, was man zum Leben braucht, fussläufig besorgen. Ein Ausflug nach Lübeck ist allerdings Pflicht :) Tipp: stressfrei mit dem Zug ab Neustadt fahren!"

"Die Unterkunft ist in einem Einfamilienhäuserumfeld in unmittelbarer Nähe der Pelzerhaken- Seebrücke. Man findet, bis auf eine Nachttischlampe im Schlafraum, in der FW alles gut eingerichtet vor. Die Gaststätte Am Kiebitzberg ist zu empfehlen.Der gepflasterte Strandweg führt links und rechts von der Seebrücke entlang der Ostsee. Viele Bänke laden zum Verweilen ein und Skulpturen zum Anschauen.Der Blick von der Axel Prahl-Bank lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Grömitz ist auch einen Besuch wert."

"Die strandnahe Lage ist sehr praktisch mit kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist etwas älteren Baujahres und dadurch hellhörig, bei uns war nur eine weitere Wohnung besetzt und dadurch haben wir die Ruhe genießen können. Küche, Betten und Badezimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und alles recht einfach aber sauber. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber zu dem Preis wohlgefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee verbracht. Der Strand in Pelzerhaken ist sehr schön angelegt mit Holzstegen und Bänken und...

"Erst mal das Positive: Die Wohnung ist geräumig und von der Lage auch gut. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15min am Strand oder beim Bäcker/kleinen Supermarkt. Es werden einem Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, auch Spüli/Schwamm/Tuch und Geschirrtücher. Die Einrichtung ist eiche-rustikal von den Möbeln, Gardinen, Teppich bis zur Tischdecke. Alles in gutem Zustand, aber eben alt. Unter Hygiene-Gesichtspunkten fand ich den Teppichbodenbelag, Tischdecken und Deckchen überall nicht passend....

"Es könnte sauberer sein. Hatten einige Silberfische. Der Gerschirrspüler hatte weder Tabs noch Salz noch Klarspüler. Spülmittel war leider auch nicht vorhanden. Pfeffer als Gewürz fehlte ebenfalls. Salz und Pfeffer sollte aus unserer Sicht Stndard sein. Ansonsten hat es uns ok gefallen."
