The accommodation was very clean and comfy and well equipped with some much appreciated little extras . Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast.

Bedroom and bathroom was immaculately clean. Bathroom had white fluffy towels and lovely deep bath. Layout of bedroom floors are very rambling, with many rooms far from lift.

This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals
