Flip Flop Retreat is nestled in the middle of the island between the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach) and Navarre Sound, Santa Rosa Island. The property has indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the deck and pool with spa. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. 5 bedroom 4 bathroom, comfortably sleeps 16 guest. The living dining room has a large Amish banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. The wrap around deck goes around the home so you can watch the sun come up and the sun go down. Large private in-ground swimming pool and SPA that can be heated, and outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas grill with 6 burners and a charcoal grill which every you prefer. Also a outside dining area. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WIFI, full size washer and dryer, large bunk room with on suite and entertainment area. Perfect for family reunions, celebrations, and events. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change. Rates are set by owner.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional departure cleaning charge of $150.00.

House was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The wrap around porch was a perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. The kids loved all the beach toys in the shed and swimming in the pool. The only problem we had was the hot tub didn't work. I contacted owner and he was quick to respond but unfortunately it didn't get fixed until the last day we were there. The weather wasn't great while we were there and the hot tub would have been nice to have on the chilly days. Also just FYI there are not TV's in all the bedrooms. Not having a TV in the bedrooms was a big negative for a few of the guest which I didn't know before booking.

Family vacation
This was our first vacation with all of our daughters and their families in Florida. It was perfect! We all had our own spaces but plenty enough room to come together which is why we were there. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had a croc pot. Close enough that you could hear the ocean and our babies that did not like the sand loved the pool. Hopefully we can all do this again soon. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact

Favorite Place
This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

Nice, clean, heated pool and large house
We had a family of 9 people with 2 being toddlers The house was plenty large for the family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It's about a 6 house walk to the beach. We also had a small dog and would rent again if in the area. Navarre is sooo much nicer than Pensacola Beach. The beach wasn't crowded and very little traffic. Navarre is better than Pensacola Beach.

The house was great. Very clean and the AC worked perfect. Plenty room for my whole family. Pool was exceptional. Yearly family beach trip
We go to Navarre every year with our two adult children and their young children. We usually rent a townhouse on the beach. This year we decided to try your house because of the pool. We couldn’t have been happier. Getting to the beach w our crew was no problem And everyone loved having the pool. Great entertainment for everyone. The house is huge and our little ones loved having their own room to hang out together. We will definitely be back next year!

Annual Family Memorial Day Beach Trip
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very large and had plenty of room for our party of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Large living room and dining table were great with our big family and game nights. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The only improvement I can think of would be to add TV’s to the bedrooms. There are only two TV’s in the house-living room and kids bunk bed room. Plenty of parking. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the spacious porches. Enjoyed the use of the bicycles around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We are thinking about returning next May. However, the hot tub was luke warm-not hot. One day the level in tub dropped about 50% and stayed down one day- it refilled the next day. The TVs could have used some detailed instructions also. Even though this likely not get published we really liked the place.

The house, heated pool and spa were great. It was very comfortable for 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for the group, the common areas were wonderful to enjoy relaxing, reading, and spending time with the whole group. We had a problem with the pool heater but we got a response quickly and was remedied. The bikes were not in working order. Mattress are at the end of there life and need replacement. Over all we had a great time and would recommend to anyone for a great family vacation!
