“We stayed at Fuori Porta House for 4 nights with friends. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed a welcome drink and snacks on the terrace which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean and very comfortable and the air conditioning was so needed as it was so hot. The best part of our stay in Bergamo were the friendly staff in the hotel. They made our stay. They even made up breakfast bags for us to take away on our last day with cute little messages on. We will definitely return to this friendly……

“The room is very decent and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the elevator was in maintenance and they helped us to carry the luggage. I really like how there’s a share kitchen so I can heat up my breakfast. Also, free water refill is great. In a quiet community, 20minutes bus ride to Milan Centrale.”

“Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise”

“If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To……
