“Blood droplets on the floor of the room. Very obvious. Maintenance arrived and promptly stuck his ungloved fingers in it and decided it was lipstick. It was not lipstick. The front desk staff was laughing about it. This was a horrible hotel. Whatever the substance was, it should have been cleaned by housekeeping. ”

“Starting at 5:30am, the fire alarm let out one loud ring every 3 minutes. This obviously disturbed my sleep. I brought the issue up at the front desk during checkout and was told that the issue was happening in several rooms on property. There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated……
