"Allison was great. I had a very late arrival. She was so accommodating-she even made sure air conditioning was on and room comfortable!!! Breakfast I give a 1-out of 5- 5 being great. The sausage was -well I’m not sure what it was. Gross. Yogurt would have been nice and not expensive to include. "

"The Swimming pool was under reconstruction and not usable. This was not noted in the reservations. There were no face towels in our room."

"The first day we stayed there, we checked in around 3:30 PM. At about 4:15 PM, a random man walked into our room using a key that had been given to him by the front desk. He immediately apologized and explained that the front desk had given him keys to our room and told him it was his assigned room. When we went down to the lobby to figure out what had happened, we were initially brushed off because the lobby was busy. Once we were finally able to speak with someone at the front desk, they apologized for the mix-up and sent us on our way. I understand it was a busy weekend, but this was a serious safety concern. Other than a quick apology and being told it would not happen again, nothing else was done to address the situation."

"Our room wasn’t clean, just the sheet were put on the bed. They moved us to a different room with the same result. Room wasn’t clean. I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast didn’t have any coffee available and was lack luster. Terrible stay overall."
