"I requested 2 connecting rooms. I was given 2 separate rooms. When I asked the front desk no more were available. The guy tried to find me connecting rooms but then I had to call Expedia to request a King bed instead of a Queen bed because that was one of the rooms but then the other front desk person gave that room to someone else in the midst of everything. No one wants to be on the phone for hours trying to fix things that wasn’t their fault. Then another guest was given my original room and while we was in there waiting for them to work on the rooms he came in with the key. Then he had to go back to customer service. We wind up with two separate rooms when I had 6 girls with me to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. So unorganized. I was very disappointed in not getting the rooms I requested originally but the girls had fun in the pool and hot tub."

"I would give this place 5 stars as soon as renovations are done (elevator shaft makes a pretty scary sound and the ends of the halls are in reno) because the staff, room and food were terrific! Plus, parking was easy peasy."
