Welcome to our Casita! You can’t beat our convenient location in the heart of Coronado Historic District- we’re happy to offer everything you’ll need to feel right at home during your stay. Our studio is newly remodeled and you’ll be one of our first guests! With sleeping space for two, our studio offers a queen bed in the living space, and kitchenette. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries, no need to bring your own, and has been recently remodeled with gorgeous subway tile and glass mosaic accent tile. Affordable privacy for your stay in Arizona!
With sleeping space for up to 2 guests, our place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. There is a main house located in front of the casita (this listing) that sleeps 6- the only shared space is the backyard (if there happen to be guests staying there at the same time), the home itself is completely private. If you have a group of 8, let us know and we can direct you to our combo listing which offers both the main home and the casita combined.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-There is an additional home on this property that may have guests staying during your trip, the main house on the street in front of the casita you will be staying in. The only shared spaces are the backyard.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
