This three-bedroom house in Downtown Phoenix is the perfect home away from home for families and groups of friends. With 3,200 sqft of living space, it is the perfect size to accommodate many people. The house features a pool, a backyard patio and a front porch where you can soak up the sun and take in the stunning views of the city. The house also has a basement, where you can settle in for a cozy night of entertainment. With its many amenities, this house is sure to become your favorite destination for a fun-filled getaway.

The first and second bedrooms are spacious and come with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, respectively. The third bedroom is an equally nice room with a queen-size bed.

The basement area is perfect for hosting game nights with your friends or getting some much-needed exercise in. It has a lounge couch and a 110-inch projection screen to help you while away the hours. There is also a well-equipped exercise room and a foosball table to keep you entertained.

Gorgeous home - wonderful host!
I highly recommend this property. Everything about it was perfect. Marcus was an outstanding host. There were so many wonderful welcoming touches when we arrived. We attended a work conference at the convention center, and the location was ideal. The neighborhood was charming and very safe. Beautiful property!

Great Willo Historic Neighborhood Home
This well-maintained home is conveniently located in an historic neighborhood. The street is a dead end so it is very quiet. Close to the light rail, restaurants and was very walkable. We visited in April, so the pool was not warm enough to enjoy a swim. The spacious master bedroom and the two other smaller bedrooms are all upstairs. The stairs may be a little tight for those with mobility challenges. The furnishings and appliances were all in great shape. The front porch was great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Great House and Locatiion
In town for a convention downtown and this house was the perfect spot to not spend the entire trip in 30 minute Uber rides. Easy 5 minute drive from everything downtown and there is also a light rail stop a 5 minute walk away. Perfect house for 5 of us.

Great Spring Break Stay with 2, 7, & 8 Year Olds
This adorable house is nestled in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/attractions. We enjoyed dinner at Oven + Vine and breakfast/coffee at Bang Bang. The Heard and Art Museum are also an easy walk. The kids were enthralled by the projector TV in the basement, and were super excited to find scooters and a basketball hoop in the fenced backyard. Weather wasn’t super conducive to swimming, but maybe next time. Would recommend this home to others.

Amazing place for a group stay in the heart of the historic Willo neighborhood.
A truly amazing house in the historic Willo neighborhood. We stayed at this house for a Spring Training trip and we will definitely be booking here again next year. It's centrally located, walkable to amazing restaurants, and if you have an architect or design buff in your group, the Willo neighborhood is a journey in itself. The house is true to the photography, easy check in / check out, and the host is very quick and polite in communication. The pool, basketball hoop, foosball, projector tv, and backyard are perfect for a large group.

We were a party of six people. My husband and I and our two kids who are eight and five. My eight-year-old loved the basement and spent all his time down there. my parents also came and stayed with us. We had a great time in the home. It was beautiful, clean, and had so much space. We loved walking through the neighborhood to get to the Heard Museum for their Indian art show that my dad was selling his pottery at. We don’t have anything negative to say about this house. We would love to stay there again next year. Thanks again!

Awesome property!
We booked this home because our son was showing livestock at the Arizona National. The house was lovely and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to amenities. We will definitely book this wonderful property again. Also, I really appreciate the fact the owner provided plenty of toilet paper, soap and dish washing pods, etc. A simple, yet extremely helpful touch.

We had a great stay in a terrific neighborhood. The home is exactly as advertised and better. Safe and friendly area with stores nearby. Outdoor space is good for kids and family even not using the pool. We had dinner for 7 and easy kitchen and dining room for entertaining. Highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay in this house! Our son graduated and my husband and I along with my two sisters & son stayed in the home. Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood
We loved drinking our coffee on the front porch and saying hello to neighbors walking by with their pups. The beds are comfortable, and we loved the front office area as a workspace. It's an historic home with three levels and the charming touches were delightful. We had an issue with the door code one day and the owner was very responsive. Definitely recommend.
