Very roomy "studio apartment" feel. It was very clean, though it could use a bit of sprucing up. Would like a coffee maker in the room. Pool area was very pretty! Thank you. Would stay again....price was quite good

Decent stay for the price. Staff was great, room was huge and clean, bed was comfy and shower was good. Facilities were a little run down, lots of homeless/transient people hanging around, and the WiFi was poor. Overall worked fine for us for a night.

Friendly staff was the best thing. But a whole police situation took place there. No heat & they gave us a space heater that,barely warmed up a piece of the room. It was so cold. 3 of 4 elevators didnt work. Alot of sketchy people. They let children run thru the lobby. Never again

If I could give zero I would. I didn’t stay and I am not boojee. Room smelled horrid, floor and furniture grimy. Sketchy activity outside, didn’t trust to leave my car in the lot. Very disappointed- have stayed at other Motel 6’s and never had this bad of experience. People were friendly and helpful at front desk.

The first room smelled like dog urine. The staff is as kind enough to give us. New room. There was no bedding on the pull out sofa, but again the staff was nice enough to retrieve it at late hours of the night and provide to us. Let’s be honest, there was a lot of weed smoking around. And the area es not the nicest. I sleep because I was tired.

I'm a roach motel veteran and i usually don't leave reviews. But there were yellow stains and a dry crusty spot on the sheets on top of the blood stains on the carpet in front of the sink. Sorry y'all, gotta meet the very bare minimum. Two stars because the room was an awesone size and things were pretty peaceful around.

I was given a room that my room keys did not work for, i was placed in another roon and the room was awful in apperance,smelly,dirty sheets,dirty restoom floor, staff was polite but overall hotel needs to be renovated, the reception floor was dirty, sticky and smelly, i do not recommend this hotel and i will never stay at that hotel again.

The staff in general were great, very welcoming and hospitable, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Property itself is older and it shows, its clean enough for what youre paying. It rained the entirety of my visit (rare for PHX, I know) and my room ended up having a leak in the ceiling. Also, just little things, but the toilet dripped, the shower never got very hot, and it smelled strongly of cigarettes and cannabis when i walked into my room, likely due to its position near the courtyard. The long-term tenants tend to be a bit noisy too, especially the dogs. Overall okay, but the staff were mostly really great, in particular the manager.

The hotel ITSELF is not so bad the room was nice and spacious and a little clean but had to buy our own batteries for the remote cause the staff couldn’t find any and our tv was stuck on the kids channel. There was a lot of shady people around and felt a bit sketchy, the cops were constantly there. It would be better if some aspects can change and management would take it a little more serious around the property.

Admittedly, I did not expect an exceptional experience. God bless the homeless. The area immediately surrounding the facility had many homeless people nearby which made for some uncomfortable moments during daylight. The room was decent , however I assume the room's carpet had been recently cleaned. It was damp in places, and literally soaked between the bed and sliding glass door. That possibly had something to do with the humid/sticky feel to the room. The A/C never got ahead of the humidity. Lastly, I personally did not appreciate the front desk clerk wearing a very visible "JUICY" necklace. It was not a pleasant first impression. I was VERY close to staying somewhere else.

On arrival .. during check in there is no restroom in the lobby… the staff was very nice. Given a room .. upon entering the room there was such a horrific smell or ammonia that it burned our eyes and throat …. The urine stains on the carpet Were all Over the floor!!! After entering this room and the immediate need to get out .. I went back to the lobby and requested a new room. We were given a room that smelled better less of urine and more like an old age home …. The back of the bathroom door had crusted boogers on it and the phone had an unknown substance all over it…. Freaking GROSS!!! Over all this place was Absolutely disgusting and I cannot believe that this establishment has the audacity to “charge” A deposit and tells you that they will refund it when the room is checked!! Do not stay at this location !!!
