Not enough chairs around pool area. Floor in hotel room dirty. Front staff excellent, very helpful. Enjoyed fresh coffee each morning in the lobby. Tv to small, no light on the remote.

Nice place. Several pools and hot tubs. Indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed the sauna and gym also. Perfect for cooking your own meals. Full sized fridge and communal grills. Next time we will skip the time share presentation

The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even have it, seriously? I was woke up at 4 am Tuesday night by someone yelling obscenities outside our room, evidently having been locked out of his room. Overall, not what I was expecting based on the amount of money I spent.
