“Felice was very attentive and responsive to us. She made sure our stay in Piano de Sorrento was a pleasant one. We needed some extra pillows and she made sure we had them within the hour. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants for meals. Close to train station (walking). Area was clean and safe. She even arranged our transportation to ferry from hotel. Excellent hostess!”
