“This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean.
The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!”

“Ce n'est pas le souci de la chambre en elle même qui est en soi correct, c'est que le vitrage n'isole pas du tout du bruit extérieur, pas de volets non plus. En plein été vous êtes assurés de passer une nuit blanche ou presque. Hors saison j'imagine que c'est top car en plein centre. Pour des jeunes qui font la fête et qui dorment peu vous pouvez y aller, pour des sexagénaire compliqué !!”
