Thought it was a little pricey, and wish we could have gotten local channels, but very happy over all.
Location, interior, and view all lovely.
The B&B portion of the house faces the lake, and the view of the bay is outstanding. The owner, Joanne, was welcoming and very informative of the area. The Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and surround area was a great place to visit, especially during peak fall foliage.
What a gem! A great experience from start to finish, and I'd highly recommend Beach Inn Motel to anyone staying in the Pictured Rocks area!
This property sits right in front of Lake Superior, very serene, quiet, peaceful !

Aim for a personal best at Pictured Rocks Golf Club, or at least try to stay out of the rough!
It's in Marquette. If you're staying in the state capital, Lansing, you'll have to travel 270 miles to arrive there.
If you want to be where the action is, there are about 4 hotels to make your choice from. You should be able to find something you like at the Holiday Inn Express Munising-Lakeview and Boarders Inn & Suites Munising, MI.
A great place to spend your nights, for those who aren't rolling in cash, is the AmericInn Munising. This hotel is only 3 miles away, too.
