“It was very horrible place to stay outside of the doors. Smell like cat urine.
No breakfast, no pools, the staff was very disrespectful, and I would never stay there again”
“Very quiet old motel off Route 66 with a lake and park right next door. The rooms have been renovated but managed to keep that nostalgic feeling! Having a fridge with an actual freezer was amazing, and access to the laundry room was very convenient. We loved having our car right outside our room door for loading and unloading.”
“The Guest House in Carthage is your basic 1960’s Motel that has been renovated with updated interiors and a good kiss of maintenance on the outside. Everything was clean. Nothing was particularly special, but it was what I needed near the end of a long motorcycle journey. The gentleman who checked me in was professional, kind, and polite, even lending me his carport to protect my bike from the elements and provide a modicum of security.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it……
“The precious Hotel and Quality inn are the same place, so go for the lower price! The girl on reception was very helpful. The pool was such a refreshing place to relax after a long day driving. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. I highly recommend this place!”
