“Great place and one of a kind. Will be back”

“I was given a room that did not have a security latch (only half was there) , the lights to the entrance didn’t work and there was a soap-like substance on the bathroom floor and no shampoo bottle in the shower. I informed the manager and he told me that they had to break the locks on the door because there had been a family emergency situation and he would tell the cleaners about the bathroom. The solution to that was to give me extra travel sized shampoos. There were no other rooms……

“This property is in desperate need of updating. I gave it a three star review because the staff was so courteous and professional. Other than that, I don’t have a lot of good things to say about my stay. The rooms were so outdated, the towels were dingy, the bathtub had no body wash. The fitness center was terribly hot, it did have a fan, unfortunately the fan did not work. The issue with the fitness center as well is that the lights are motion censored so if they don’t detect any motion after……
