Very clean stay! We only stayed for a night, but both of the rooms we booked were clean and had no odor. Front desk and all other staff we encountered were very nice. Would stay again if in the area.

I personally plane on staying there again. The receptionist was so kind and funny I also left my sons sippy cup in the room after we checked out, I called, and when i came back 2 hrs later, they had my babys cup at the front deck... most places would have thrown it away... I'm thankful ♡

We have stayed here previously with no issues. Breakfast is pretty good, staff has been pleasant. Rooms were clean. The last visit we found small bugs (young roaches) each day in or near the bathroom. On the final evening, my daughter moved her bag and there was a larger roach. We did tell the staff after the second day, they had maintenance, look at the room, but still had the visitors. Wasn’t a major issue, but didn’t like knowing that we had a big each day. If it weren’t for the bugs, I’d definitely revisit, not my first choice currently.

House keeping only does the basics, trash and towels while you are staying there. No beds or vacuuming until after you check out. Breakfast had a nice selection to choose from, which definitely beats waiting in line at one of the many pancake houses. The biggest downfall I think, is you have to share the very small pool with a different hotel, sharing the same parking lot. ( one pool, 2 hotels)

Check in was easy that was the only positive. Our room smelled horrible like a mixture of a dirty wet dog and hot dog piss. The beds were uncomfortable smelled of body odor. The clean towels even had an odor. There were huge dried green boogers smeared down the bathroom walls. The air conditioner was more like a fan, it didn’t blow cold. There was pee on the curtains and the carpet was FILTHY! Staff was notified of some of the issues but the look I got when I reported them let me know they wasn’t appreciated. I was offered another room but it wasn’t a “deluxe” room , meaning it didn’t have a sofa bed. We asked to see it before we agreed to take it (also a burden). Upon opening the door we quickly realized that, that room was just as bad if not worse than our original room so we just stayed in the bigger room. Outside there were several needles lying to the side of the building and the pool was constantly cloudy. Overall just not an ideal place for a clean family, not ideal if you burn up, hormonal, sweat a lot, etc…I’ve been going to pigeon forge for over 20 yrs this was by FAR our WORST trip EVER!

Hotel was good, good location, little hard to find at first it was tucked back behind another hotel and had to drive through that hotel to get to it. Check in lady was not real friendly but the lady that checked us out was super friendly, guess that makes up for the happy pants that checked us in. Breakfast was great. I would use this hotel again if we come back to visit.

Pretty average, had to drive through La Quinta parking lot to get to property though. Staff was nice, the only real downfall was not enough parking. We had to often park I distance away from our room or or the side of the parking lot. It's close to EVERYTHING, that's the major plus. Overall good place to be
