“At check in the property did not have the room type we reserved. So we agreed to a room with fewer amenities and negotiated a lower price. The room was not clean. We had a fireball shooter and candy wrappers on the floor. Stains on the bedding. The smoke detector was taken apart and covered with a plastic bag. And the curtain pulls were broke. The breakfast was two kinds of cold cereal, about 5 bite size muffins and some hard boiled eggs in the fridge. But after seeing how poorly it was……

“I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but wow, terrible. The room was not the cleanest looking, dried hard mud in the bathroom. I have severe dust mite allergies and I had a reaction just standing in the room for a few minutes. It triggered an asthma attack. My teenage daughter and I ended up walking into another hotel and praying for an open room there.”

“Staff who assigned to the breakfast buffet was wonderful. She was attentive, kept the provisions replenished at a timely manner and kept the area clean. It was good that continental breakfast was available for those with very early flights, However, I have stayed at other Fairfield properties and the breakfast selections are more extensive. For example, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal with nuts as toppings (not the instant, sugary kind, especially for those with diabetes and other health……
