“This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. The people there seemed nice, they wanted to help, but just didn’t know how. I……

“There was nothing unique about the room”

“We had a connecting room because of the needs of a special needs child. We had secured his front door so he could not exit by using the top door lock. Our son walked into our room at 10 pm and the connecting door closed behind him.We went to the front desk for help to re-enter the room. He had no tool and informed us the engineer would be in at 9am. Our son was extremely upset and up until 2am. At 10am the engineer came to our room with a tool and tried to unlock the door. After one……

“This room literally smell like garbage. I slept with a m95 mask the odor was so bad”

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“Staff was excellent. Rooms were ok. Our room was clean but could tell they were in the process of updating somethings. Overall a good experience!”
