“This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. The people there seemed nice, they wanted to help, but just didn’t know how. I……

“The room was dirty and we seen bugs! The refrigerator had food from the prior occupants! The back of the desk chair was broke, almost fell back on the floor! The only positive is it’s location to the State Fairgrounds!”

“The staff were very quick to respond to our request for a hairdryer and friendly. The cost of the room was very reasonable but the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired The carpets of the main area were filthy and looked like they had not been vacuum ed in several days, . We checked for bedbugsand fortunately did not see any. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked. The bathtub was patched, the towels were dinghy. Things you normally find in room like cups, kleenex were not available”

“Our room did Not have toilet tissue, I had to send my husband to the office to get a roll while I sat there. The room had a strong air freshener smell. The beds were not comfortable, old mattress.”

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“Staff was excellent. Rooms were ok. Our room was clean but could tell they were in the process of updating somethings. Overall a good experience!”
