“Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. ”

“Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!”

“The pond did not look like it did in the picture and it was a disgusting color and did not have a beach walk in area. There was also a bug in the refrigerator and on the floor by the refrigerator and then another bug by the garbage can and there was dog food from previous people that wasn’t picked up also thought it was ridiculous at 830 in the morning there was a mowing crew outside that was woken up to on my vacation and I took pictures of it ”

“Beautiful, spacious, clean, elegant, welcoming and modern. Seriously nothing bad to say about this place!”

“Straight up it’s got a bed that’s comfy. i’d bring your own sheets or blankets. there was stains on mine. i unfortunately had to sleep with them but the whole hotel kinda stinks like cigarettes and homeless people. we rolled in around 2:30 am and noticed lots of homeless or sketchy people. i’d bring any open valuables in your room. water pressure was pretty good. ac works great. i’d also bring a candle or somthing to make the room smell good.”

“The only way to check in was via video kiosk. There were no staff present in the building and would not be until morning. Half of the building is boarded up. The floor in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedding did not appear to have been changed. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The fountain in the lobby had no water. There were hair balls in the hallways. The building and parking lot are not being maintained. Peeling paint, broken up concrete in the……
