“The first thing I am going to say is “there is not any customer service within the hotel”! You have to have codes to get in AND if you call them to get help forget about it! RUDE!! Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about , while another couple was waiting outside looking at their phones trying to figure it out! There was dust in the corners of room and papers on the floor! Not sure how anyone would miss it. We liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay again! We would walk over to the……

“Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are.”

“This was our second time there, such a wonderful out of the way motel. It’s going to be our go to place to stay when in the area. Nice little pond, and a grill area. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and the very inexpensive breakfast was delicious! My only complaint is I hope they clean up the paddle boats, so we can enjoy them. Other than that, we love this place! Highly recommended!!”

“The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to……
