“A/C was weak and the TV wasn't working. The room wasn't ready when I arrived.”

“I was surprised when told at check in this is the hotel team Japan uses for the LLWS. I was then surprised again when I saw the state of the room. Stains on the bedding and worn room overall. Its a bed but not much else.”

“The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to……
