“El lugar muy bonito , limpio, la vista formidable , desayuno rico , alrededores limpios. Al llegar el recibimientos no fue muy cordial pero al otro día estupendo , todo muy limpio. Solo la esctrutura y aceras necesitan cariño por lo demás 10/10 ”

From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome. He was always around the property, working hard to keep everything running smoothly and making sure guests were comfortable. His wife, Gloria, was also wonderful—she prepared fresh breakfast every morning, and it was always delicious. One of the things we loved most……

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so……
