"The hotel is very nice, but I think they should at least offer free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Breakfast for a family is very expensive. Beds are a little worn out, but they were fine and the room was very clean."

"Microwave was dirty and had dirty glass bowls placed inside. After brining it to the front desk staffs attention twice; at the time of checkout they stated (day shift) they cleaned it themselves and took videos. It wasn't worth the argument but I will say that if I'm in the area I most likely will not be staying at this property again."

"We went to see the Phillies play the Pirates and stayed at the Fairmont. It was a beautiful 15 minute walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to PNC stadium. The hotel was centrally located downtown by Market Square. It was very clean and comfortable. The linens were nice and plentiful. The view overlooking the city and river from our room was spectacular. The bar has a great atmosphere and excellent drinks. "

"Front desk guy nice, friendly and upbeat. He needed some help at check in and check out. He was slammed with people and people had to wait. He was super fast and efficient but give him some help. Rooms could use some minor updates - curtains, furniture and shower walls/caulk. "
