“These are all 1 bedroom suites. There was plenty of room in kitchen cupboards for our groceries. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and glassware. The location is excellent with several grocery stores and restaurants close by. Everything was perfect except for the height of the toilets. My husband and I are tall and the toilets are very small and a very short distance to the floor.”

“My favorite place to stay in Pittsfield. Only half mile walk to hospital, so I have stayed there when I had to go for surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. Nice decor. Restaurant in hotel is tasty but an expensive steakhouse, but only a short walk away from other places to eat right in downtown. Breakfast at Otto's is my recommendation.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……
