"Awesome location! There is a massive mall across the street and the subway is right outside the door of the hotel. We were at the Hynes convention center and it was only a few minutes walk. I am in love with the juice bar across the street. I never ate at their restaurant but it looks nice (though pricy). The room was well maintained, clean, and had a great view! We had an issue with our room when we arrived (the sink was clogged) so they switched us to a new room and comped us a couple of days worth of fees (thanks again!). It was raining one day and they gave us umbrellas to walk around town with and we held our luggage there till it was time to leave. I would definitely stay again. "

"Overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Service was impeccable, everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to help. I also did not know the history of the Omni Parker House until our stay began, what a beautiful place! Air conditioning situation left something to be desired, however I do prefer arctic conditions; the average person I’m sure would find it more than satisfactory. Would stay there again. "

"The rooms felt very up to date and homey, did not feel like a typical hotel room with the brick work in the rooms. 3 minute ealk from fanuiel hall and about 10-15 to the TD Garden. We booked a room above grade. Pay the extra money and get a room with windows they have basement style rooms as their cheapest option. I would stay here again."
