A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. The room- wow- we were greeted with jazz music lightly playing on both TVs! The bathroom was huge and the bedroom, complete with a fireplace. The hotel is beautifully decorated and only one block back from the Main Street allowing the serenity yet accessibility. Breakfast in bed (included) was perfect! It was a great start to the day before we indulged in a couples massage in the spa! Highly recommend!! This wont be our last stay!!

We had an excellent family stay, we've stayed at several hotels in the downtown Toronto and RIU Plaza has been our best experience so far. The staff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Calls for maintenance (blocked shower drain) and extra pillows etc were answered and remedied in minutes. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, dinning staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. There was always a smile greeting you at the door or sending you on your way. Check in and out were a breeze. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, had a surpise view of the CN tower which you were able to see laying in bed. I will be staying here again.

Everything we needed for a short stay in the city. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and Scotiabank Arena! Clean, room was larger than expected. Parking was easy, $35 per night through the hotel.

It checked all the boxes for an Express.
