“The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only disappointment was not having free WIFI access.”

“The parking lot is well lit and in a safe neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds included firm and soft pillows which allowed us to sleep well.”

“Our room was very clean and well-equipped, with bar-fridge, coffee-maker, etc. We especially appreciated the fact that the breakfast included a hot section (scrambled eggs and sausages this morning), plus a very wide range of breads, cereals, juices, coffee/tea, etc.”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Overall, my experience was decent. Even so, the cleaning is inconsistent, in addition to the fact that the shampoo wasn’t refilled even though its bottle was empty. As such, I’d say that even though my experience wasn’t the worst, it isn’t worth the price I’d paid for the room, nor does it live up to the service expected from a Hilton”
