“Nice clean room, staff super friendly ”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“The whole building is renovated and everything is very modern and new. The continental breakfast was clean with a nice variety. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed how close it is to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The room had everything we needed, however it would have been nice to have a couple of glasses or cups for drinks. They only had paper coffee cups and we had to ask for an ice bucket. We purchased glasses from the dollar store across the street. Parking was easy as there seemed……

“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure.……

“Rooms were clean, but the room was kinda run down, was a bigger room than expected, I did not see a pool or hot tub, the people in the next room ( 2 or 3) were screaming at each other outside between 12am and 3am both nights we stayed there, we were treated great by the cleaning staff who helped stock up the towels and xheck up on us daily.”

“The hotel reeka of tradition and old time comforts. But the bed was modern superfoam. Many like this, I detest timing a mattress. I didn't ask, maybe there's a choice of mattress types... I doubt it Other than that, aside from the small nature of everything, and tight turns and corners...it's a very good hotel..”

“Great breakfast by socializing with other guests and the hosts. Heathy breakfast at a chic table. My children enjoyed the indoor hot tub and the large room that we stayed in. Highly pleasant stay that felt home. ”
