“We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch. “What a disgrace of a business!!
Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door.
I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail.
We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in.
Staff were not hospitable at all, acted like we were an inconvenience, and that's putting it mildly.
Room was freezing cold with an ineffective wall heater that did nothing.
Bed was hard as the floor, and one cotton……
