"I had called the hotel twice to make sure my late arrival after 12 would be ok. A girl named Maria said if I gave her my card she would go ahead and check me in. When I arrived my room was gone."

"Overall, the stay was OK. The room wasn’t that great I had to kill a roach. There was a smell to the room. The gym wasn’t a gym. It was one inoperable treadmill, and a cycle machine in a room the size of a closet. But the staff was very professional and nice. It was affordable. And close to restaurants."

"The room was clean and smelled good when we arrived. The beds were uncomfortable and the toilet did not function properly so it added to the noise level of outside traffic. Not a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was mediocre. Will not stay at this facility again."

"La habitación estaba sucia, la poceta tenía muchísimo residuo de popo, todo olía a cigarro y estaba manchado, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que olía igual de mal y estaba igual de deteriorada; no se dejen llevar por las fotos del lobby las habitaciones están muy deterioradas!"

"We are currently staying in this hotel because our house caught fire, and we are currently displaced out of our home due to the fire and living in the hotel as a family of four. Something came up and we had to go to the house on a Saturday the day of checkout to deal with contractors and I spoke with receptionist Nevaeh who told me that it would be OK if we did a 6 PM late checkout Only for them to call the following day saying that that is not possible and they are requesting money so an employee made a mistake and they are making the client pay for it. I do not like when people run business this way I certainly do not and I especially to a family who is displaced because their house caught fire."

"For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too. Will never book at this hotel ever again."
