"I love it"

"My overall stay had been really comfortable. I liked the wide clean lobby. Didn’t use the pool or had breakfast, though. I wanted latte in the morning, but they had those instant cream packets. Hot americano is available. I guess the only downside for me was that it has grey carpet floor and I have no idea if the floor is clean or not (smells like a clean old hotel, but it didn’t smell moldy or unclean), and the only way out is via Uber/Lyft inside a narrow forest-y road that Doordash can never find."

"Loved the central location of the property as it was close to major attractions, Broadway, and all the best shopping areas. . The hotel was very clean and well decorated and all the staff members were lovely. I had a huge portrait of Bruce Springsteen on the glass of my bathroom door which was so cool. Highly recommended hotel."

"Very welcoming staff on the reception desk, especially Ami who made us feel very comfortable and did the best she could to get us an early check in.The friendliness and courtesy from the staff managing the breakfast area on the other hand could do with some improvement.At times we almost felt discriminated given that one particular staff member chose to completely ignore our presence while chatting away heartily to other guests.Other than this experience I can’t rate this hotel highly enough!!"
