"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. "The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, it’s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsbury’s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever stayed in"
